What are we?
OUR PROGRAMS
Our softball programs are the heart of the community—bringing athletes together to learn, compete, and grow. From introductory 6u teams to competitive Allstar and Select teams, there’s a program for every age, skill level, and goal.
SPRING RECREATIONAL SOFTBALL
Spring Recreational Softball is a fun, instructional league designed to help players of all skill levels learn fundamentals and enjoy team play in a supportive environment.
SUMMER All-STARS
The USA Softball of Sacramento All Star program is designed to create a more competitive environment for players to participate in while still remaining in a recreational league setting and without the expense of playing travel softball.
FOOTHILL FALL BALL PROGRAM
The Fall Ball program is put on by NorCal Softball and leagues from all around the greater Sacramento area participate. Practices begin the first week of August and the season runs through end of October (mid November if we have weather cancellations).
SELECT - FOOTHILL FLYERS
The USA Softball of Sacramento Select (aka “B”) program is designed to create a more competitive environment for players to participate in while still remaining in a recreational league setting and without the expense of playing travel softball. This program will allow USA Softball Recreational leagues to form teams to represent their league on a year-round basis.
